Most AI advisors come from one of three directions, and the gap shows up in the second meeting. Engineers who have never had to defend a business case. Strategy consultants who have never shipped software. Delivery people who have done neither at depth.
Technical
BS and MS in Computer and Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Five years at Teradyne in Boston and Grenoble building test instrumentation and real-time analysis software. Still writes code daily.
Business
MBA from INSEAD with an exchange term at Wharton. McKinsey & Company in Munich, Business Technology Office, on engagements at a Swiss retail bank, a chip manufacturer, an international logistics group and a health insurer.
Delivery
Twenty years independent since 2004. PMO, program management, post-merger integration, go-to-market. Certified Integral Business Coach and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, because the hard part is usually the people.
AI work, not AI opinions

Track record
Twenty years of independent consulting across pharma and healthcare, logistics, telecom, energy, software, manufacturing, publishing, banking and insurance, and automotive. The breadth matters more than any one sector. The work is program management and transformation, and that travels.
Recent engagements include a fourteen-month PMO for the European launch of a cell and gene therapy treatment, running across the commercial, supply chain and IT organizations at once.
